It is the prep department of Sutton High School, an all-through school to age 18, and is a member of the Girls’ Day School Trust. Sutton High Prep School fees range from £5,470 (Rec) to £6,528 per term (2025/26). Fees include VAT but exclude lunches.

The Sutton High Prep School curriculum
School curriculum is based on the National Curriculum with some additions and variations. There is much cross-curricular linking , in particular, the ‘Connected Curriculum’, which makes links between geography, history, art, and DT. The curriculum also includes PSHE, reasoning, French, Spanish, Latin. The school offers each pupil between 5 and 10 different extra-curricular academic activities or hobby clubs.

Art, music and drama are taught as discrete curricular subjects to all pupils. All pupils learn an instrument in class and half take extra-curricular instrument lessons from Year 3. Two choirs, orchestra and two instrument ensembles. The school offers each pupil over 5 different extra-curricular creative and performing arts clubs.
