All Hallows School is an independent prep day and boarding school for boys and girls (60%/40%) between the ages of 3 and 13 years. Boarding from Year 3 for the 10% of pupils who board. All are full boarders. It is a Roman Catholic school, open to all faiths and none. The school has a non-selective admissions policy. It is a standalone prep school, not tied to any one senior school, and is a member of the Monkton Family of Schools. All Hallows School fees range from £3,720 (Rec) to £7,755 per term (2025/26). Full boarding fees are £12,270 per term. Fees include VAT and lunches.

Destinations for All Hallows School leavers in any given year are one of 20 independent day and boarding schools. Over 50% of pupils choose Downside, King’s Bruton, Prior Park College, Wells Cathedral School, or Clifton College every year. 60% of pupils win awards and scholarships.

The All Hallows School curriculum

To Year 6 the curriculum uses the cross-curricular themes of the International Primary Curriculum. From Year 7, the school follows the ISEB Common Entrance schemes of work. The curriculum also includes PSHE, French, Spanish, Latin. There is an emphasises on Catholic social morality in the curriculum, pastoral care, and culture. Each pupil may participate in over 10 different extra-curricular academic activities or hobby clubs.

There are regular educational trips for all year groups, visiting speakers and residential trips from Year 5. Outdoor learning programme for all year groups.

Specialist teaching

Specialist teachers for music, art, and sport throughout, for languages, computing, and DT from Year 1, for science and drama from Year 4, and for all subjects from Year 6.

Sport at All Hallows School

School is one of the 50 prep schools with the most extensive sports offers in the UK. Competitive teams in major sports from Year 3. In recent years the school has enjoyed national success in athletics, shooting.

The Arts at All Hallows School

Art, music, and drama are taught as discrete curricular subjects to all pupils. All pupils learn an instrument in class and half take extra-curricular instrument lessons from Year 3. Chapel choir, 2 age-group choirs and up to 10 instrument ensembles. Each pupil may participate in up to 10 different extra-curricular creative and performing arts clubs.

Wraparound care from 8.00am to 6.00pm. Facility for occasional boarding.
